About

Davida Rochlin Architecture is committed to modern sustainable architecture that translates vernacular concepts into contemporary form.

An appropriate design is created based on site, client program, code compliance, green building practices, budget and schedule. Both functional efficiency and artistic principles are integrated to create a sustainable and aesthetic solution. This is accomplished through an analytical process that invites client participation and involves an integrated project team from related disciplines including structural, civil, mechanical, electrical engineering, green building technology, interiors and landscape architecture.

The relationship of the built environment to the natural landscape is emphasized in the firm’s work. For thirty years, her firm was located in the landmarked Barry Building, Brentwood, CA.
